Tim and his team were great to work with on all of our projects. They were very professional and extremely easy to get along with. They do a great job and are very accommodating when it comes to changes. I would strongly recommend Oji-Crete to any of my clients. Keep up the good work guys.

Thank you!
We hired Oji-Crete to pour/finish our basement floor and unfortunately we were very displeased with the end result. In fact we had several independent contractors tell us that it was one of the worst finishing jobs they have seen. The company did come back to try to remedy some of problem spots but we were still left with a floor that was very uneven (2+ inches in places) as well as trowel/tool marks all over the place. We had the floor subsequently grinded/polished (by another company) but given the poor quality of the finishing work it did not come out as expected/hoped. The quality of concrete (ML Concrete) was perhaps suboptimal at the time of the pour but the floor should still have been far more even. I would not recommend this company.
Richard requested the floor not to be finished as it was to be grind ed by another company, as for the two inch difference it was by the egress (exit)Richard ordered the concrete, I did not order concrete, we did empty the concrete truck and did not have enough concrete.
Thanks for a great experience Tim!!!
Our deck project was complicated including concrete construction finishing and granite, it all came together better than we had hoped. We love the covered deck area and the new stair design turned out great to finish off the back yard nicely.
Your attention to our needs especially with keeping the area clean everyday and the awareness to keeping the job safe for our children was fantastic.
Thank you again
Kevin and Lori
I hired Tim to do a fence install, while the verbal contract was not adhered to as stated, we did agree on a final price. The work was OK, but I had some repairs that needed to be look after, I was told it would be taken care of and it has not. I had to fix it myself. Most of the work was fine, but upon further review after the fact, I have found a number of issues. I would not recommend this company for any further work, and certainly would recommend an inspection of the work prior to payment.
John hired me to do a fence install. He requested a discount, and receved a great discount. The job was completed we did a walk through and noticed one board out of forty feet needed to be sanded, a week later he had noticed a board was cracked and I did agree to come by and fix the problems he had noticed. I told him non emergency repairs will take four to six weeks. Three weeks later he had posted this comment on my profile. John had a second project and requested the same discount I notified him I did not profit from the first project and was able to give him the standerd price. Here are the emails that followed.(Last to first.)

Sorry, Tim, just trying to be honest, I called a few times and I did not think you were interested in helping. I do not let things sit.
Its all good, I still have many people ask who did the fence, too bad you were too busy, could have been good for your business in Oakville?
Again sorry but I only tell it like it is.
Thanks
john

To John,
Well I see you have done the repairs your self.
I wish you could have had a little patience, I am busy!
Thanks for your comments John.

Tim,
I have done the repair myself, please do not enter my property.
The quote for the second fence will be done by others.
Thanks for your help, I will be sure to add some comments on the site about your service.
