Terry did a fantastic job. He took our design and made it become a reality. Many of our friends and family comment on the great job that he did.
Terry is always friendly and has great suggestions for materials and design. Terry works at his own pace and is a perfectionist which we appreciated in the end.

Hired Terry to install about 150 sqft of tile and 800 sqft of engineered wood flooring. What a mistake. The tile had big lips, the grout lines were uneven, and the ditra had been installed with the wrong type of mortar above our plywood subfloor. We had to cancel our contract before the wood floor was installed as we didn't feel comfortable going ahead with the rest of the job after seeing the quality of workmanship. We now have to completely remove the tile from 2 out of the 3 rooms and hire another contractor to try and fix this mess. We went on vacation whilst this work was in progress, and came back to grout and mortar over many of the walls and cabinetry. 3 days after this guy left our kitchen sink stopped draining, today I had to replace some of the plumbing due to hardened mortar in the drain. What a nightmare. We are still waiting for the remainder of our deposit that he promised he would return....
