He was great at the start. Very very messy always late to show up. The floor in the shower was uneven and had sharp edges. I had to have another plumber come in and finish hooking up the sinks. He told us we were getting money back from a supplier, then he sends a collection agency after us when we never did get a final bill or the credit we were promised. Stay away from him!!!!

Basically everything installed incorrectly - electrical code violations, sink does not fit into counter, almost every cupboard cracked and damaged, cove installed upside down, damaged kitchen window frame and broke locking latch off, over-the-range microwave installed improperly and not vented, damaged ceiling in a few places, installed kickplate cupboard on the inside and flat sided cupboard on the outside ,plumbing from sink is not connected to the vent (which just empties into basement) and the overall plaster work is a nightmare which no one wants to try to fix.
He started work on November 22, 2019 and quit in March leaving the job about 70% finished. Told me to find someone else to finish and will not refund any money. Does not respond to BBB concerning complaints.

Cameron took our money started the job, he was very attentive, called us right away, answered our questions. Then took our roof off and it went downhill from there. Would not respond to us by any means, texts, email or phone calls. DO NOT hire him he is not professional, he takes your money and doesn't complete the work. He said he would get a permit for us 3 months later he still could not secure it because of wrong information on the application. It took me about 2 weeks and I will have it done, in these trying times. He has done this to multiple people, please don't trust him.

| Warranty | We offer a no fault accident reinstall warranty for 6 months. Basically meaning you can drop, scratch or destroy what was put in within a 6 months of insulation without being charged the reinstallation fee. The client must however supply the replacement part or parts for our installer. We also offer a 1 year Palmer Renovations warranty on all our jobs. We warranty the install work. If any product fails due to poor instillation we replace the what is damaged free of charge. A third party restoration company will be called in to determine quality of work and mediate if necessary. We do not warty products themselves as they have there own factory warranty’s. |
