We have had a very positive experience with PLANiT Builders during the development of our basement. Keith Schell, the Site Coordinator was critical to the success of this project. Timelines were set at the onset and the work that was planned for the week was communicated to us by Keith on an ongoing basis. All the sub-contractors that were in and out of our home were courteous and followed all the protocols set out by PLANiT. They were qualified trades people and completed their jobs to professional standards. A special mention to Kristopher Manabo who accommodated modifications to the layout, and Jeff Schlunzen for adjusting the discrepancy in the original estimate.
Other than the lag in the start time due to transition of staff at PLANiT Builders, our overall experience was very positive. Thank you to Keith and PLANit Builders.

After doing some research online and getting quite a few quotes we chose to go with PLANiT. Their customer service from day one was amazing!! It is not the easiest thing in the world to have people coming and going through your house and living through a renovation for 2 months. But Joe Parker made that process 100 times easier for me. Everything does not always go perfect on the job or as a home owner we make changes, but Joe did not waste any time getting things fixed or work with me on the changes. Joe updated me on the job weekly and if anything was going to changed he would email or call me to let me know things were pushed a day or two earlier or later. I would highly recommend PLANit, especially Joe Parker!!
