Recon Developments did a great job re-doing my driveway (including tearing out the old one) and creating a new patio for me. From start to finish, Tyler and his crew were courteous, professional and reliable. Tyler was very knowledgable, and when faced with a problem the way the driveway area was sloped, he found a solution and made sure the driveway was graded and sloped away from the house.

Tyler gave me a schedule of work and timeframes, and made each of his deadlines (the weather helped by co-operating). I would recommend Recon Developments, not only for qood quality workmanship, but for great attitudes and dependability.

I found Recon Developments Inc. on Facebook. I messaged Tyler and he responded almost immediately. He was able to squeeze our job in to meet our schedule and adapt to challenges such as high temperatures outside. He was professional and friendly, and happy to provide advice/recommendations on the on other project we had going on as well. He added detail and small 'extras' that made his work complete and gave a nice finishing touch. He communicated well throughout the project, and ultimately delivered a great product and service. We love our new stamped concrete patio and steps, and highly recommend Recon Developments.

I found Tyler through Trusted Pros to source and install laminate flooring and tile in my basement. Tyler was super professional, friendly and up front about the whole process. He made great suggestions about how to handle different aspects of the work and had photos on hand to show me examples of what he was talking about. He made the whole process very simple and hassle free for me. Most notably, Tyler experienced a horrible family tragedy during the time he was completing my floor. The way he handle this, keeping me in the loop about his schedule and making a concerted effort to look after both his personal situation and take care of finishing the job at my house was amazing. Consummate professional. I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking for renovation/development work.

Tyler was fantastic. Very happy with his work. The job actually came in under the quote he provided and he made a special trip back after the job was done to ensure everything was satisfactory and that any and all mess had been cleaned up. My wife and I will definitely be hiring Recon Developments again in the near future.

The quote we received was not the lowest nor the highest, however it has been shown time and time again that the lowest quote often misses valuable necessities and costs you more in the long run. The Recon quote was detailed, broken into milestones, easy to follow and useful to monitor progress. Any additions to scope that we added were well documented, attached to the quote and melded seamlessly to the work / billing flow.

His schedule was reasonable, attainable and he followed it closely. Obviously there are circumstances that develop to result in a schedule extension, and Tyler held to very reasonable extensions where they were required. Tyler was always on top of the delays and relentless in working with his excellent sub-trades to stay on task. His quality of work was superior. His ideas regarding changes or suggestions were all well chosen and his sense of design elements is amazing.

Tyler also built some custom elements in the project, a barn door for a bedroom closet with matching headboard for a queen-bed (both high quality for a very reasonable price). We also had an antique leaded-glass window insert which Tyler custom fit into a door and attached matching trim on the door to balance the look of the window.

My wife and I are so please we came across Recon to complete our basement and I recommend Tyler and his team at every opportunity I get.

Recon Developments Inc demolished our patio-stone sidewalk, the planter box around our flagpoles and the wooden planter in front of our house. They replaced this with stamped concrete in the form of a sidewalk and two patios. They were very friendly, fast and kept the area clean WHILE they were working and AFTER they had completed the job. They kept completely within our budget and we were amazed at the difference in our curb appeal.

We also had Recon Developments Inc change out the flooring in our kitchen, bathroom and front entry. Once again, they were very courteous and the work stayed within our budget and looks sensational.
