Tyler with recon developments was very professional when he came and priced our job, he was very knowledgeable and his price was more than affordable for the job he completed.

At the end we were left with an awesome ashlar slate patio which he built beneath our deck above, it’s approximately 2000 square feet which we will now be using more than our other patio.

I higher recommend Tyler and if I have any more projects in the future would use him again in a heart beat, we are also looking to finish our basement which we will be using him to complete.

I hired Tyler to do my entire upper level with new laminate flooring and baseboards. He took the time to fix several squeaks in my floor and the job turned out great. Will definitely be booking him again for some more Reno’s and upgrades.

Beautiful work. Tyler is friendly, professional and takes pride in his work. We love all the work he has done for us. He matched some existing concrete perfectly and when he built the front steps, he built them out first instead of down, which gave us a little more room on our front porch. It was genius. Tyler and Recon come fully endorsed by me. I have recently asked him to get me a quote on my shingles too....he says he has a guy that will look after me. Good enough for me!

Recently had Recon in to do my new concrete shop floor and I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism that Tyler and his crew showed while at my place. I work weird shifts and Tyler was very accommodating to meet me when it was convenient for me.

He was able to squeeze our job in to meet our schedule and adapt to challenges such as high temperatures outside. He was professional and friendly, and happy to provide advice/recommendations on the on other project we had going on as well. He added detail and small 'extras' that made his work complete and gave a nice finishing touch. He communicated well throughout the project, and ultimately delivered a great product and service. I found Tyler through Trusted Pros to source and install laminate flooring and tile in my basement. Tyler was super professional, friendly and up front about the whole process. He made great suggestions about how to handle different aspects of the work and had photos on hand to show me examples of what he was talking about. He made the whole process very simple and hassle free for me. Most notably, Tyler experienced a horrible family tragedy during the time he was completing my floor. The way he handle this, keeping me in the loop about his schedule and making a concerted effort to look after both his personal situation and take care of finishing the job at my house was amazing. Consummate professional. I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking for renovation/development work.

Tyler was fantastic. Very happy with his work. The job actually came in under the quote he provided and he made a special trip back after the job was done to ensure everything was satisfactory and that any and all mess had been cleaned up. The quote we received was not the lowest nor the highest, however it has been shown time and time again that the lowest quote often misses valuable necessities and costs you more in the long run. The Recon quote was detailed, broken into milestones, easy to follow and useful to monitor progress. Any additions to scope that we added were well documented, attached to the quote and melded seamlessly to the work / billing flow.

His schedule was reasonable, attainable and he followed it closely. Obviously there are circumstances that develop to result in a schedule extension, and Tyler held to very reasonable extensions where they were required. Tyler was always on top of the delays and relentless in working with his excellent sub-trades to stay on task. His quality of work was superior. His ideas regarding changes or suggestions were all well chosen and his sense of design elements is amazing.

Tyler also built some custom elements in the project, a barn door for a bedroom closet with matching headboard for a queen-bed (both high quality for a very reasonable price). We also had an antique leaded-glass window insert which Tyler custom fit into a door and attached matching trim on the door to balance the look of the window.

My wife and I are so please we came across Recon to complete our basement and I recommend Tyler and his team at every opportunity I get.
