Matt Adamczyk and his father attempted to repair my back porch, in November 2011 by cutting the supporting posts and installing concrete blocks to level the structure. Today I am level with a crooked/racked structure which is again falling away from the back wall of my home. I have consulted Mr. Adamczyk about the problem and he has attributed it to drainage. I would never hire this firm as the work this firm does is substandard and Mr. Adamcyzk has very little understanding of building (deck & porch) safety requirements. I am now left to find another contractor who can repair the damage made to the supports and structure of my back porch. Mr. Adamcyzk took on a job for which he was not qualified for (structural repair).

I chose Renown Renovations to do our home renos based on a referral from a friend. I was very pleased with the quality of work, organization, cleanliness and timeliness during the reno process. Matt, as well as his other subcontractors were very professional as well as neat and clean in appearance which is such a nice change from what I'm used to! To top it off, my garage was always left nice and clean afterward!! I would not hesitate to recommend Renown Renovations.

Matt (and his crew) renovated 3 bathrooms for us and is in the process of developing the basement of our 27 year old 2 story home. Matt has always tried to work with us and our budgets, and his quotes are always market comparable.
We are so happy with the quality of his work, his efficiency, and his professionalism. We recently chose Renown to do our basement for these reasons and will most likely continue to call Matt in the future for any other renos we decide to do. The personalized service we receive from Matt makes all the difference in the world.

Our reno was an unfinished basement, 750sq ft, 1 bedroom, bathroom, close in the utility area and a great room area. Matt did a wonderful job with all the difficult areas, I love the tiling in the bathroom, he is extremely clean- I could walk bare feet after he was done each day, he is very open, upfront and easy to work with. All of the trades that he hires are very professional and easy to have in your home too. Matt got the job done on budget and on time. He made the entire process very easy and I tell everyone that is thinking about getting reno's done how great our experience was. We are extremely happy with our new space!
