Two By 4 did a full kitchen renovation. Wayne and his team are extremely knowledgeable, hard-working and efficient. Our kitchen looks amazing! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. This is now the second time we’ve had Two By 4, the first being our master bathroom.

Wayne and his crew were great to work with. Understood the job perfectly and executed it completely as described and on time. They anticipated any problems and were ready to deal with them. My wife and I needed to jump back into the home repair/renovation pool again, as our home was in need of some attention. After a previous bad experience with another contractor, we were apprehensive to engage with another. We discovered Two By 4 Ventures, did some homework and put our trust in our choice... WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!.

Wayne and his crew (Craig and Meghann) were easy to communicate with. They showed up when they said, were clean, organized, friendly and polite. Most importantly they were professional and did top quality work on our projects. The attention to the finer details was incredible.

We were so impressed that we have made arrangements for them to do additional jobs in the Spring of 2021. And we look forward to having them come back.

Wayne and his crew have restored our home and faith in contractors. It was so refreshing to deal with.

Wayne and the team at Two by 4 Ventures brought our commercial business dream to life. From electrical, plumbing, permitting and custom wood work. We wouldn't be open and operating as a corner store/cafe right now if it wasn't for this team. Wayne and his team are approachable problem solvers that come with years of experience in dealing with local municipalities and various trades. They worked through Covid measures to keep everyone safe and were very professional all steps along the way.

We really enjoyed working with Two by 4 Ventures for the following reasons:

-Design work was included which saved us from having to seek out and pay for an external designer to construct the new kitchen layout.

-Two by 4 offered solutions and kitchen configuration ideas. It was helpful having a collaborative approach to come up with the most optimal kitchen layout.

-The team was flexible when we chose to tack-on several small construction projects in addition to the kitchen renovation. The quotes for these were also provided in a timely manner.

-Overall, the estimated budget was updated regularly.

-Wayne and his team were easy to communicate with and were transparent when issues arose/decisions on our end needed to be made. This made the renovation process quite smooth.

- In summary, we are super satisfied with the renovation work completed and have been thoroughly enjoying our updated space. We would definitely recommend Two By 4 Ventures for any home construction needs!

I would highly recommend Two by 4 Ventures. They provided a complete quotation before work began. They started when they said they would and the work they did was second to none. They always communicated so there were no surprises and would offer helpful suggestions. If there were any issues (minor) they were on top of it. We are going to do our kitchen and downstairs in the future and we would only use them.

Wayne and his team provided excellent service. Once we discovered that the design plan we had in mind was not going to work, Wayne quickly came up with a Plan B that we are thrilled with. Wayne's budget and timeline estimates were accurate. He provided sound design and decor advice, and was a pleasure to work with. Any concerns we had were promptly dealt with to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Two By 4 Ventures for a similar project.

I had a very positive experience with Two by4 Ventures. This was my first time hiring a contractor. I interviewed 5 different contractors and Wayne was the most communicative and honest as well as had the most experience doing commercial builds in my area.

The build out of my unit looks phenomenal! Incredible quality craftsmanship on all levels. He has cultivated a great team that are very skilled and personable and they have great attention to detail.

Other things that I can commend them on was keeping me closely in the loop with what was happening during the build out, Wayne's expert navigation of the insane minefield of permitting and inspections with the municipality, his incredible patience explaining things that I didn't understand as well as accommodating my seemingly strange requests along the way (yes, I would like that many outlets installed there please!!!)

I would recommend them to anyone!

Two By Four identified the best ceiling upgrade, supplied a detailed lighting plan. They arrived on the pre-scheduled day and were finished on the day they promised. The invoice matched the quotation. The crew were very friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day. What more can you ask for.
