They were on time, cleaned up as they worked, they were pleasant to have in our home, had good manners, *AND* they did a great job replacing our doors! Chris responded immediately to our toilet leak catastrophe. His crew did a very good job diagnosing the problem.

Mold was discovered as a result of the leak. Mold removal and containment was completed in a very workmanlike manner. All safety protocols for his workers and ourselves was undertaken to prevent the spread of mold spores. Chris recommended air sampling for mold spores after the containment was completed. Air sampling was completed and the results were that the containment was thorough.

The toilet repair rectified previous installation deficiencies that were the cause of the leak.

The repair of the ceiling was as good as new. Vortek ensured the room was very clean.

Chris' crew always removed their heavy boots when going in or out of the house. They protected the flooring in the room they were working in. The cost for the repairs came in on budget and on time.

Vortek is an excellent contractor. Totally satisfied with the work they have done at a house I own and had rented for few years. The ceiling was damaged as a result of a leak and needed compete redoing... Chris and his team were the ultimate professionals in completing this work. They provided a detailed, itemized estimate, including details about costs of any add-ons that might be ordered by us. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and at the estimated cost. They returned promptly to finish off minor touchups.Great quality workmanship, and the best cleanup we have seen from a renovation company. They stuck to the budget. It has been a pleasure to have Chris and the staff of Vortek Construction in our home. As a stay-at-home mom without the tools, time or know-how to complete handiwork at this stage of my life, it is great to have someone who understands your vision for projects of varying sizes and completes them in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. Chris has done a couple of renovations for me. Indeed he is a problem solver as he can create ideas that will suit the needs of work being done. He has knowledge about most everything regards to construction. I do not have to be home while he works as he is very trustworthy. I enjoy how he ends his day by always doing a clean up. We have had Chris Bargy with Vortek Construction Ltd. do our complete basement Reno's which even included a Mother in law suite,beautiful bathroom, more than perfect laundry room . We were more than happy with the end result. In fact we feel the job was more than excellent in all areas. The job was certainly completed before we had expected,more than fair cost for the quality of workmanship. Very, very courteous and professional great communication with us and his employees. The workers he hires are also very courteous. We will certainly recommend him to everyone who needs reno's we will absolutely have Chris back for any further reno's we might require.

Recently had Nick and Chris in to our house to do basement framing and to say that myself and my wife were impressed is an understatement. These guys were a pleasure to have in, the quality of work was great, communication was terrific and the price quote was certainly reasonable.
