Ivo was good to deal with. Excellent work. I am very happy with the out come. The only thing is that he didn't wipe the tiles down after the job was complete for the final clean. I had to scrap some grout of my new granite counter top. This is something we didn't discuss so it was not in the contract. Other than that I highly recommend West Flooring for tile work.

Ivo was extreemly courteous, but more to the point - work was done on time within budget. Results were all that i asked from and more. Most impressed and would definitely recommend.

West Flooring recently completed a renovation of our very outdated en suite bathroom in preparation for selling our home, and we are pleased to submit an excellent review of the company.

We did not want to spend a fortune on the renovation, as we were preparing to sell, but needed it to look more modern and the quality needed to fit with the rest of the (executive) home.

Ivo and his team were happy to help out with ideas and suggestions for products that would look really good and still stay within our budget (unlike another company I contacted, who weren't interested unless I wanted to spend 50K). I really appreciated that he did not push to up-sell us on anything, and his ideas for modern styles were very helpful.

He stuck to his budget and did not "add in" a bunch of hidden extras.

West Flooring was easy to reach by phone, text, or email, and always responded promptly to my question or concerns.

The work was completed promptly and within our tight turn around time; I appreciated that the team worked on Saturdays as well to get the job done.

The quality of the work was excellent. Beautiful tile work!

They took care to protect the rest of our home (floors, etc.) while working, and cleaned up nicely when finished.

An added bonus was that Ivo has a number of "connections" to other excellent tradespeople, and helped me out with a few other unrelated jobs (repairing my vacuum!) as well.

All of the workers were very polite and professional.

I was very happy with the carpet purchased and installed from West Flooring Ltd. Ivo was very helpful in the choice of the carpet and had it installed on the date promised. He was also able to help repair the water damage that was discovered in the installation process. I would not hesitate to recommend Ivo and his team to anyone looking to replace flooring.

We hired West Flooring Ltd to install hardwood on our stairs. Ivo Ceko (manager) and his installer were both very professional and courteous. The installer worked very hard and did very precise work. The quality of work done was outstanding. This was a 3 day project and the installer left the worksite clean each evening when he was done for the day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.

I am very pleased with the work West flooring did. They were punctual, reliable, very careful and precise work and the final payment was the same as the quote.

John’s years of experience shows his expertise of flooring choice and work. He came to his shop at a time that worked for me and he spent a lot of time with me choosing the samples and listened to the style I wanted and offered his advice and encouraged me to take them home. I was very reluctant on a style he suggested but said to take it home and look at it in my home not the show room! Wow am I glad I did!!! He came to my home to pick up the samples and measured the area along with to see how the sample looked in the space.

He and his crew installed the floor very efficiently and took pictures along the way and sent them to me. Everything was completely done in a day.

I came home to a completely new living space and the way the flooring compliments my walls and cupboards I could not be more happy. Truly I couldn’t!! I was actually speechless when I walked in and that’s very rare!!!

John is so patient and friendly and really takes time with his clients I highly recommend and will to anyone needing flooring. I certainly will use him again. I still a few weeks later cannot stop saying how good it looks!!!

West Flooring was contracted to remove old tile flooring and replace with more modern vinyl planking. They did a great job! Ivo managed this job very well and the quality of the work by the installer was good - he was also very courteous to all residents in our building. He did not leave the job until every detail was taken care of. We would definitely use West Flooring again and highly recommend. When unfortunately a few weeks later, the flooring was damaged by flooding, Ivo was very responsive to our needs for additional flooring - thank you Ivo!

I am thrilled with the quality and workmanship in my new floors! The workers were polite and respectful while in my home and paid attention to detail. The finished product is far superior to what I expected. I would recommend this company to anyone.
