Under 4K but depends on the tile you have chosen for your floor... some tiles are harder to install.

With out looking at it, I would have to say $1950 plus HST. Subject to change upon site inspection.

Hi Tarek,

Typically something like this would take 4-5 days to complete and so only labour for this would be about $2000(+HST). This would include removing the old units but wouldn't include any disposal. As well, it doesn't include any required plumbing hardware changes or issues with faulty shutoffs, etc. I also noticed you haven't mentioned baseboards, what would you require in that area?

The problem with estimating jobs in this manner is there are often problems which can come up and they are not known before hand. Make sure you have a detailed contract so both you can your contractor know exactly what you are paying for and what they are required to complete. Otherwise things may get over looked lead to you being asked to pay for something you thought was included. All the best!

Basically it's about $2000 if you can get a handyman who is able to perform all tasks at the same time

1. Vanity : $440

2. Toilet: $110

3. Tile floor - demolition of existing: $330

-reinstall to finish $440

4. Paint small bathroom: $135 excluding ceiling

These are just labour prices. Materials would be what they are. good luck!
