Hello. I was wondering what the cost of a small bathroom in a basement would be. It would be in an area that has the rough in plumbing already.
Depending on materials chosen, such as tile floors, walls etc. Lighting chosen. tub/ shower or just shower
And the plumbing fixtures chosen, tiolet etc. Fexhaust fan chosen and length of run for the exhaust line. As well as the location of the exhaust vent.
And of course the over all size of the bathroom to be built.
And any movement of rough ins necessary.
The cost would run from a low of 7,800.00 to a possible high of 23,000.
There are so many variables.
You should get a couple of reputable contractors in your area to come over and discuss it with you. Give them a detailed list of the location. Finishes you are looking for in the build out, tiling paint, trim, door hardware.
And vanity, shower or bath shower combination. All if the fixtures for the plumbing. Mirror etc.
Choose you light fixtures, over the vanity on the wall, led pot lights, led in shower pot light etc. When the contractor has the full details, he or she will be able to give you an accurate quote.
Good luck with the bathroom build out.
Regards,
James
