Build a 4 seasons sunroom or solarium

We would like to build the above at the back of the house as follows:
1) We have 2 walls so we need 2 more, a floor and roof
2) We want it for 4 seasons so a floor which retains heat and glass preferred
3) How do we go about it because we need a quotation, permit, some time frame info and ball park costs to know if t's within budget.
We live in Mississauga, On. Only looking for ideas on the costs for now.

Dear Fazilat,
Seems like you have a lot to consider in the pricing. I would recommend you get the drawings first done with an engineer to consider all the things you want to include and then look for quotations. It would be hard to give an accurate price without those details.
