Building an addition to a 2 story house

The existing home is a two story home 32' by 26' that has 8' ceilings.
We want the new addition to be completely open, it has the height of the second story but we leave it open from floor to ceiling. The current concrete foundation basement could be extended and remained unfinished.
In the new addition; Ideally the roughing up to the gyprock and sub-floor is done. We would take care of the rest including all floors.
How much would that cost per square foot?

Hi,
As rates and demand vary from province to province and not knowing the details like the size of addition how manny windows ,what kind of windows single, double or triple pane glass an other factor would be your roof. what are you planning on metal shingles there is the exterior walls.
For budgeting purposes I would say $150-$200 per sqf
