Cost for second floor addition and sunrooms

I am purchasing a home on acreage in Roseneath with my daughter and her family. To accommodate us we would need to add 3 bedrooms onto a fairly new addition that sits on a cement pad. In addition to this we would want to add a sunroom on each end of house (approx 300 sq ft each).
I know the property would have to be viewed and a lot of questions to answer but for now, is there a general idea of cost for such a project?

If you are looking into completing an addition on your home as you have mentioned there are several details which have to be considered when providing pricing. At a very high level, you will want to budget closer to $290-$300 sq ft.

For a bedroom addition with fairly high end finished I would budget approximately $300-$350 per square foot. There are tones that go into this sort of construction but that is my standard pricing for additions.
When it comes to sunrooms, depending if they are heated or considered a covered deck would greatly change the price. From what you are describing I would say expect a rate of approximately $100-$200 per square foot. These are very rough numbers.
