Can a plumber act as a general contractor on a commercial project with only a plumbers license?

Your answer is yes and no. If a plumber just worked on plumbing no he or she can not be a good general contractor. But if a plumber like me who has worked before for 2 years in general contractor company before and plus plumbing experience and knowledge plus licensed he has a good vision of a house where the drain pipe has to go how much drop ceiling we have the shower drain has to level after tiles the drain looks straight and good better ventilation area with less bulked and boxes and so on..... in a project architecture
