Reza and his team were fantastic for our bathroom and kitchen reno. We received an upfront quotation immediately without the hassle of an appointment. And although there were some unexpected surprises requiring more work Reza honored the original quotation. The entire team was punctual and courteous throughout the process leaving us feeling at ease and in good hands. I received excellent service from Reza of Mipa Plumbing. I called Mipa Plumbing for assistance regarding a leak related to our main floor toilet. I spoke with Reza who came to our house that same day and diagnosed the problem. He determined there was no issue with the pipes, however, the toilet needed replacement. The next day I purchased a new toilet and arranged a time with Reza for installation. Reza arrived, as scheduled, installed the toilet, and took away the old toilet and all the packaging from the new toilet. Excellent, friendly, trustworthy service. The next time I need any assistance with plumbing, wet basement, etc. Reza will be my first call.

I was able to ask questions. They performed their work over and above. We now consider them to be our plumber for any future jobs.

I would definitely recommend Mipa Plumbing. He arrived on time and stayed until the work was completed. From the time he came to assess my project to its completion, he was available to answer any question and willing to advise where necessary. The work was completed on time (even though I had been told by another plumber that what I was asking for could not be done without building another internal wall!!) and at the price quoted. I cannot recommend Reza highly enough and will definitely use him in any future project. I am hoping to renovate another bathroom shortly and will call him as soon as I start the project. DEFINITELY 5 stars!
