Cost for basement kitchenette

I have recently bought a new home with a finished basement but would like to create an in-law suite. There is a 3 piece washroom, bedroom and living room but I would need to add a small kitchenette to it. I would want a few cabinets, sink and a stove plug installed.
I realize quotes are difficult without seeing the space but I am wondering what I may expect in terms of cost, a range would be great just to budget for the project? Also, I am wondering how long it may take to install.

Hi Shawna,
You have not received any replies as yet, because there are so many variables, no one can give you an accurate price. Or even range. The location of water existing water lines. Can the panel handle more breakers and amps for a completely finished basement. The condition of your foundation walls. Do you have egress windows, or will they have to be installed. The list goes on and on. The level of finish you are looking for will have a massive effect. a toilet runs from about 150.00 low end to over 500.00 high end, and the list goes on I built in Mississauga and the GTA for over twenty years and saw many things over the years. I am now out in the Niagara Region so I can't come by to help. But get some reputable contractors in and be specific regarding what you are looking for. Then get some quotes.

You talking at the range of $5000 - $8000 for just a kitchenette with installation. It takes few days to get it installed however may be will take a few weeks to get the kitchen itself ready.
