We are looking to buy a new house, but most houses on the market in our target area only have a 2 pc en-suites and 40-50 yrs old bathrooms.
Based on the blueprints generally the 2 pc en-suit share a wall with the main bath. If the wall between the bathroom moved, and closets that cut into the space given up, there is enough space to have 2 full bathrooms. How much that would cost us?
I know the price can vary a lot based on tile, vanity, fixture. We do not want fancy, just want 2 bathrooms. We may not even keen of having a tub, just shower.
We are in Edmonton if that matters.
Hello Oris:
Do you have a bathroom plan (its size) in order to provide a clear quote?
Thank you
To do wall alterations and to do a full renovations for an standard average sizes 3 pcs for each of them with average materials will be in the range of $30K
The total area of the 2 bathrooms together is around 3x3 meter so - bit less then 10'x10'
