What is the average cost to excavate a 7 ft. basement and apply blue skin membrain plus platon, new weeping tile and install a sump on 80 ft of basement wall? This project is in Saskatoon.

Not including removal and replacement of sidewalks, decks and other obstacles such as porches, landscaping ~ 8->12k.

This is outrageous pricing. I own a waterproofing company and 80 ft of blue skin and membrane with new weeper to a sump would be roughly 6000 -9500 depending on digging conditions
