Cost to re-paint a 1,200 sq ft interior of a house?

If you would be in ottawa and we would do just the walls no trim or ceiling I would charge about 1200$ including paint and minor repairs.

The trim will also be repainted semi gloss white and cupboards.

Average cost would be between $2,400 to $3,000. This is dependent on type of paint used, amount of prep work to fix walls, amount of trim. Basically averages $1.00 to $1.25 a square ft x 2 coats.
