The very rough estimate for such project is $250 - $300/sqft

As previously mentioned, if you just want a very rough cost estimate you can expect from 180-300/sf. Obviously that price goes up with higher end finishes and any sort of specific challenges your property may present. Your best bet would be to reach out to some of the contractors who specialize in this area to determine the viability and practicality of your project.
