You would first have to meet with the development company who will be able to walk you through the steps needed in your city for pre-approval and then meet with the development company to go over conception plans and pre-pricing

Hi Tyler, Well that is a loaded question, anybody quoting a house should take an estimating course and learn to use a 16 division estimate. Best to alaway get hard copy quotes for every division.

Hi Tyler, We build in Edm & area. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss the process and steps needed. Preliminary items would be securing financing and setting a budget. Then location & home design to fit your needs. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

-1st you get a architect/engineer to make a plan

-get your financing in order - houses run from $250 sq/ft

-you must get a "development permit" 1st then a building permit

-Only now do you get a Contractor to quote the build and get all the other permits

*You can hire a developer to do it all for you but this will cost $$ the most.
