Cost to Build 2nd Storey Addition

I am wondering what the approx cost per sqf is to build a 2nd storey addition. The house is 750 sqf total. Looking to add 3 bedrooms and a washroom. Any questions, let me know.

Hello Frank.
To be sure its not as simple as posting a price per sq/ft there are a lot of questions to be answered before being able to offer a number in your area.
$165,000 to $200,000 would be my best guest. Not sure if that helps you. Good luck!

You will be looking at from $250 sq/ft min. You need a "development permit" 1st as the lot size, current/future building height and your zoning will determine if it will be allowed. A full engineered plan will be needed to apply. If approved then you will need a building permit as well as plumbing/electrical/hvac permits.
