How much would a basement like this cost?

I found this picture on TrustedPros and may be interested in a similar project but would first like to know what the estimated cost would be.

It all depends on the size of the basement.We charge between 35$ to 40$ a sqft. For finished basements. That does not include kitchen or bathroom. For example if your basement is 700 sqft. It would cost $24500-$28000 to finish. If you would like a bathroom and a kitchen just add about $5000-$10000 to that.

It depends on how big the basement is. Such high end basement finishing will cost you about $50/sq ft including the 3 pcs bathroom and reasonable kitchen.
