I found this picture on TrustedPros and may be interested in a similar project but would first like to know what the estimated cost would be.

Very hard to price out a job such as this just from a picture but I appreciate your curiosity. To give you a very rough idea I would have to say about 10 to 15 thousand. There would be many factors to consider such as the extent of plumbing and electrical work to be done and the quality of the finishes such as cabinet choice and flooring choice.

Good luck with your project hope this helps you out.

I agree with the previous reply, there are a great many things that have to be done before getting to what you see in the picture.

But if I had to guess I would say 25 to 30 thousand.

That type of project is estimated around $20 thousand, completion time 2 weeks.

Hello Aurora,

Firstly i am shocked by the estimations you have received here We specialize in basements from low to mid to high range as shown. We would expect including bedrooms and bathroom and room as shown to ballpark around 70k.

I assume that first two replies were talking about kitchenette only, I agree that that will run at around 20k. 50k-70k for entire basement.

Dear Heather,

This is like falling in love with a picture for your next hair color or hair cut?

This is similar in that executing a picture would involve number of different factors which would be more beneficial for the consumer to meet with an general contractor who which he is able to work with their crew and bring your idea or vision to life.

There is more to it then a picture from pluming, electrical, dry-walling and much more while thinking of what you like instead of an picture.

I hope this is some what help full.
