I found this picture on TrustedPros and may be interested in a similar project but would first like to know what the estimated cost would be.

Hi Lodi,

For something like that you would be looking around the $35-$40 per square foot. So given it is an empty space at say 1000 sq feet. You would be looking around the $35,000-$40,000 + HST.

It really all depends if you or the contractor are supplying materials.

Hi, that's the metallic epoxy floor, coast of material and labour is around 12$ per SqF plus the reparation of the subfloor which is hard to estimate without seeing it.

A high level finish as shown including bars and stone finishes etc would run close to 65k if a bathroom is is included minimum. we have completed many of the same and would be very surprised if a reputable company would complete for less.

I normally do not give ballparks due to all the variables and finishes involved in basement developments and renovations however from the look of it and the square footage I would guesstimate it to be between $50,000 and $85,000.

Over and out.

That would cost in the range of $40-$50 / sqft.
