Some of my window sills have rotted due to age. I do not want to spend the money to replace the windows which are in good condition with no leakage. Any suggestions?

Yes your exterior Sill can be cut out a new wood Sills glued and installed. After the new wood sills are in place they can be wrapped with aluminum capping and caulking applied again. Not a major job. Hope this helps you out. Call a siding or capping company

Yes, this is very possible. I would do the same thing that Jeff is suggesting. cut out the complete sill or the area that has rotted out and replace with a exact same size of wood plug / patch lots of PL Premium glue. let it dry for a couple of days, smooth it off and than cap all the exterior frame with metal/aluminum.
