Paint Wainscotting

I am looking to have my wainscotting painted white and would like an estimate. The wainscotting has a shiny veneer coating.
Questions:
Would it require sanding?
What type of paint would be used?
How long would it take?
What would the cost be for both supplies and labour?
Measurements are 36.5" in height and 584" in diameter.

Hello Diane,
This project didn't require sanding but we have to use a special primer called fresh start and paint called advance both by Benjamin Moore.
I have don it before for wainscoting and also kitchen cabinets.
Cost for labor and materials is around $700
