Restain the deck and railings

Hi, we have two decks, approximately 8ftX24ft and 20ftX 15ft with railings around; also we have Above ground pool attached to the 8x25 deck; right now its has Solid stain; we would like to rip that stain and apply semi tranperant or solid stain again; I have used some stain pellers and did some work( may be 10%) but I do not have time to finish; can someone give me an apporoximate time and cost to contract out this job?
