Sand Texture Paint

I found this really cool wooden cabinet at a yard sale. But someone applied sand textured paint onto it. I then painted it. How do I remove the sand texture paint from the cabinet?

Good old fashioned sanding.
Easier with a mouse or orbital sander.

Yo have to remove all the hardware from it. Then sand it down. Start with 80 grit then do 120 grit then do 220 grit. It will be nice and smooth
