Assuming moderate fixtures and finishes it would take about a week and cost between 5-6k.

It depends on your expectation of materials and finishing, on extent of plumbing, electrical, HVAC required.

Because of that there will be a huge price range. The price could be up to $30k taking 3 weeks with the multiple trades.

The cost and duration of the project is all subject to what you want. Example, a tile shower (more expensive and longer to create) vs a shower kit. Also, is there existing plumbing to work with (this will help to reduce the cost and length of the project. Also, keep in mind the cost will be more if you have to break concrete for drainage and attach the new toilet to the main stack. You must ensure proper venting for both otherwise you will always have issues.

Good luck

5K plus... again in any renovation you need to have someone come out and discuss finishes. These projects can vary in price range. Things to consider are finish like tile finish or surround.. plumbing ...is it in concrete ??? to move or add drains and venting... these things take way more time and costs considerably more to finish. The only way to be accurate is to have a pro come out and ensure all aspects of the job are taken into consideration.

Good luck with your renovations and Merry Christmas.
