Can you tell me the step by step process on a kitchen renovation. Like , first is demolition

then ...... ?

hi anna, it depends really on the extent of the renovation, but usually if you are doing a full kitchen renovation, yes demolition is first, so all existing cabinets, counter, tile etc is removed, then you have your rough in portion as per design for your electrical and plumbing- this can range depending if you are doing l.e.d. pot lights and valence lighting, or new electrical outlets for certain appliances, also depends on if you are re routing new plumbing fixtures and drains for items such as island sink, dishwasher, etc

Once rough in is done, you may have some alterations to framing and insulation needed, drywall removal etc, may need ESA inspection for electrical and make sure plumber is liscened and lisence is up to date with the city.

Next would be the drwyall work and mudding, prime, paint, tile work, cabinet install, counter, backsplsah, trim work, appliance etc etc
