Trouble with Exterior Stucco/Styrofoam.

We have a home built in 1959 and with a 2003 two-storey addition. The exterior wall of the addition seems to be a styrofoam/suttco combination. It needs some repairs. AND we are having trouble with mice (they seem to be tunneling through the styrofoam). What options are available to repair these walls? Is replacement cost prohibitive? Thank you!
