What is damaging my vegetable plants?

Hi all,

I have started vegetable plants indoors from seed, then hardened them off in a cold frame, and just planted them out into my vegetable bed in my back garden. The plants had been fine and looked very healthy all the way through until I put them in the ground. There are holes in the leaves and a slight discolouration. The plants are cucumber, cabbage and squash. I have attached photos to show what I mean.

Any ideas about the cause (and/or remedies) will be greatly appreciated.
