Tub Flange

I am looking for tub or shower flange cover they used in 80's vintage mobile homes. The tubs and showers were screwed onto the panneling and then there was a 2 in. wide metal trim stock screwed over flange and onto the panelling.
Do they still make this and if not, what can I use in replace of it?
