I am going to start my own business in basement waterproofing. Do I need license or certificate ?

Without one, how can you prove that you are doing it correctly and not just guessing what is right and wrong? Who would take you seriously as a professional business without a certification and using peoples money to experiment applying rubber and drainage?

Do you have any structure, ground water or other construction licenses? Do you have extra skills in concrete, mould, foundation, water bacteria, etc?
