Hello Sell,

I would need to know a little more information. A budget # for the addition and garage would be about $130 to $160 per sqft for mid range finishes. For the remainder it's tough to give a budget withough knowing more detail.

Electrical costs vary depending on what you are doing with the areas. For example a few lights and a receptical in a garage if different than if you require a large welder, and aircompressor.

If you need a firm quote, best get some trades out to visit and offer some advice to you.
