Answering to your below inquiry regarding the composite deck, we certainly can build it for you. The Trex board is our preferred choice as its weather resistant; meaning it will not rot or crack, it will not splinter, is mold and mildew resistant, and washes clean with just soap and water. The product is backed by a 25-year manufacturer warranty.

The pressure treated decks starts at 19 $ sq./f (screw piles additional 250 $ each)

When it comes to the composite deck, there are three lines of Trex Composite Decking. Transcend, Enhance Naturals, and Enhance Basic These are considered good, better, and best, with transcend being best, enhance naturals being better, and enhance basic being good.

The Trex Enhance Basic board starts at 26$ sq./f

The Enhance Naturals or Select Trex board starts at 32$ sq./f

The Transcend Trex board starts at 40$ sq./f

Regardless of what line you select, all Trex composite decking boards are shelled products. This means every board is capped on three sides with a protective shell. So, whether your budget calls for the Transcend, Enhance, or Select, you know you'll be receiving boards that hold up and perform to the same standards.

I also have samples for all 3 lines in my possession which I usually bring to all my meetings.

Typically for railing we use Vista aluminum railing. It is very attractive and cost effective compared to a composite rail. Price for Vista aluminum railing is 70$ / FT.
