I am building a new home in the Edmonton area and am wondering what a good rule of thumb is to use for budgeting interior painting.

All ceilings will be flat paint, trims and doors are paintable wood, and all railings are stainable wood. House is approximately 3000 sq ft with open beam ceilings and a three car attached garage.

Not looking for exact numbers, just a good way to gauge the etimates I am getting.

Thanks
