What is the rough cost to excavate and build a foundation for a walk out basement?

I am starting to plan for a cottage rebuild and would like to know the rough costs of excavating and pouring a foundation for a cottage.
Footprint of 34 by 44 with walk out basement (8ft high ceiling). With three large windows and one lidding door.

Mike,
I am assuming you are already a cottage owner, as you said you are planning a rebuild. If so, you know that the cost to have something major of any kind in cottage country is far more than back in the GTA.
I strongly suggest you contact three or four companies that work in the area your cottage is located in and get quotes.
Get direct quotes from some excavation firms that work in your area as well.
I can't throw figures at you without knowing the location at all. It could be 40% more than the cost in the GTA.
