Approx 10 yr old home. Ensuite shower leaking onto floor of washroom. Does not appear to be leaking to the main floor below. We think it's leaking from the small step (wall) below the door as there is slate tile that has delaminated.
Would like to be contacted to get a professional opinion.
Please feel free to contact me at any time.

I'm hoping to get a quote for a master bathroom remodel.
I'm physically disabled, so we would like to remove the large soaker tub, and enlarge the shower, and replace the step into the shower with a curbless walk-in style with a bench. We'd also like to move the toilet to allow a larger vanity than is currently there. We'd also like to add some electrical outlets for heated towel racks.
We'd also like to install upstairs laundry in the existing linen closet that is large enough to do this and shares a wall with the master shower.
Take out large soaker tub, tiny corner shower, put in double vanity with storage, walls are tiled our toilet is new. We have a single vanity now but have had a biday removed so plumbing is there for the room for double sinks, extra storage where the bathtub will be removed floor is marble so will need to replaced with tiles
- Looking to relocate bathtub, toilet, shower & sink in mater bathroom (2nd floor)
- bathroom will be demoed so project / contractor can start from scratch
- Bathroom is 9 x 10 and house is 17 years old and this bathroom has no previous work /
renos done.
- Looking for quote on moving plumbing and tiling
Like the title says, I am looking to have the master bathroom redone - remove the buit in corner tub, remove the old tile from the floors and walls, remove, old vanity, remove old "coffin" like shower and install new floor and wall, tile, new 5ft glass shower and free standing bath tub. I already have the double vanity and bath tub.
Extend shower into walk in closet about 18 inches. Raise ceiling in shower about 18". Retile and build small seat. New glass shower door to be installed. Rip out existing corner soaker tub and surrounding tile on wall. Rip out existing 48" vanity and mirror. Tear down existing wall separating ensuite from Master Bedroom and build new wall 4' into Bedroom. Install new 60" vanity and plumb for double sink (replacing current one sink). Install 70" new soaker tub. Rip up old vinyl floor and retile with 24 x 12 ceramic tile. Frame in new door into bathroom. Install one new light fixture but keep existing light fixture in ceiling. Toilet has already been updated. Paint when finished.
Client to provide vanity, tile (floor and wall). bathtub and light fixture as well as plumbing fixtures for vanity and shower stall. Would very much like to do this within 4-6 months but must keep under $8000.00. Other projects in the near future as well.

I recently had an insurance claim for a flood, the insurance companies contractors are taking care of 95% of the issues (flooring, dry wall, paint, etc.) however I will be cashing out on the line items related to my small bathroom.
What I would like is simply a new (rectangular) shower hit installed, with some tile (or faux tile composite) and a couple of inserts/shelves.
Previously there was a 1/4 round shower kit, but we're looking for a rectangular/larger shower. Please see photos.
Looking to start right away! Please call me if you're able to come check out my property today, Tuesday Jan 16, tomorrow Jan 17 or Thursday Jan 18.
Thanks,
Rich
80sq' of ceramic in front foyer, remove old, replace with porcelain tile. Remove old toilet, pedestal sink and ceramic in powder room. Install new toilet, new vanity & new tile in powder room. Remove old & install new toilet in main bathroom. Add electrical outlet in hallway and re-trim where old tile came out. We are the owner of the property. We have already purchased the 2 toilets, are in the process of purchasing new vanity but have not purchased any new tiles.
We have a powder room that we are replacing a pedestal sink with a 24" vanity with a granite countertop and single hole tap. The baseboard will need to be notched out and the portion behind the vanity removed to accommodate the new vanity. The water supply comes up through the floor so a small 2" semi circle will need to be notched out of the bottom of the vanity at the back and also on the shelf to accommodate the water line. We have all of the supplies to do this small project. Please contact us by email with questions and quotes.
Thank you.

Full Bathroom reno, including: tiling tub wall, tiling floor, installation of tub, glass tub door, toilet and vanity unit.
Size of bathroom is 8x8 with a small window in the tub/shower area.
Please note that if necessary, we are willing to clear all current items and provide the materials as well.
I have an old fashioned bathroom in bad need of a facelift but on a budget. Footprint can stay simlar, but need tiles and wall to wall mirror ripped out, retiled and drywalled. Keeping toilet and vanity - but re-topping vanity with stone top and vesssel sink (I can source and buy) also a new standard tub replacing the old style jaccuzzi.
Only bathroom in house so hoping to do the rip out and floor retiling in 3 days if that's possible 1st weekend of June (5,6 and 7) Fri-Sun. Rest can be done in week following.
If this timeline is too short - let's talk about how it can be done. My main concern is keeping the toilet accessible. I can shower at the gym and use kitchen sink for handwashing for a week, but as it's the only bathroom in the house, I'm hoping the demolition can be one day, drywall and mud 2 days, and tiling in two days - so that's 5 days and I can be gone 3 of those days, Friday, Sat and Sunday, but need to be back in the house Sunday night or latest Monday night. Hoping there is a way to get floor tiled immediately following demo, so toilet can be put back in on 3rd day? then do rest in days following. Respond if you think you can work with this type of timeline. Otherwise I'll have to wait for a time when I'm gone longer I guess.
Thanks!
I am looking for a contractor that works in shower glass installation. I would like new glass doors installed to replace the current ones. I would also like to have the shower floor installed with tiles as well.
Shower: 38” w, 29.5” d, 76” height (currently has tiles on 2 sides of the wall
Trying to keep it cost efficient however i anticipate the cost will go above the price i selected.
Need a 5 foot tub removed, and a new standup shower put in in its place. Entire shower/tub wall would need to be replaced including new blue/green board. Possibly interested in a double shower head installed but suspect the water pressure would not be high enough. Looking for a quote...
I am looking for a contractor that can remove two wall mounted mirrors, do any drywall touch ups where necessary and paint both bathrooms. Install two custom mirrors, two vanity lights, one wall cabinet and towel holder. Approximate a day to two days work. All products supplied to do job. Just need quote on labor to complete job.
I want to have my bathtub and tiles removed and a shower installed using 12" X 24" Porcelain tiles for three walls, floor and ceiling. The height is 88" from floor to ceiling, from wall to edge of tub is 29.5" and from wall to wall is 59" which is approximately 118Sq feet of tiles. I live in a condo building on the second floor with an elevator, the building is 8 years old.
We have a walk in bathtub for my handicapped mother. We need some maintenance work done. I have called every hot tub replace place and everyone else i can think of but no on services them,.. I need someone to replace the motor which i have on hand... and the unit is leaking because the door lever is loose and not creating a seal. It needs to be removed and tightened up. the entire job should not take longer than an hour, 90 mins tops...
