We have purchased the house in the link below.
There is currently a leak in the roof that is causing a wet patch on the master bedroom ceiling. The last picture (f399a34f-8efe-42ef-b9e8-efa62ad6815b.jpeg) provides a view of the roof directly above the area of the master bedroom. The remaining pictures are areas of potential concern.
Looking for a quote to fix the issue. We will be replacing the roof in 5 years so just looking for immediate repair.
We have a leak in one of our interior walls which we suspect is a result of a leak in our roof. Roof leak appears to be in the area where our garage roof connects with the main house. Need to have the roof repaired as well as the interior wall (drywall plus painting). We had new 30 year shingles installed in 2005. We live in Dundas.
I have to roofs that are a storage shed and pool hut shed that needs replacement and repair. They are cedar shakes that are leaking and the plywood would need to replaced. I would consider these small jobs but I’m looking for someone that has the experience. Also would like a section of my eavestrough replaced.
A few years ago, our attatched garage fell down due to age, and was removed. As it shared the structure with the front porch of the house, a quick repair was made that now needs to be redone properly. A large portion of the roof over our front porch will need replacement as it is structurally unsound, as well as the roofing fror the area.
Flashing, as well as gutters for the area will all need to be done, as well as any cosmetic work, as quite a bit of the wood in this area seems to be rotten.
Overall the entire roof does need replacing as well, but depending on the cost of the porch revbuild, that may need to wait until next year.
I have been stung by several unprofessional contractors in the past, so be prepaied to have all references fully checked.
