Small bathroom (6x6 approx?) to be renovated. We already have the new toilet, vanity, mirror but saving up for a new bath. Would like new tiling for the floor in the bath and also carry the tile out through the back entrance/laundry area. Also tiling or wainscotting around the half way point on the wall and also the full bath wall area. Also a fan being put in would be nice. Looking for something efficient and beautiful but low cost as it's a starter home that we're looking to up the value on.
Quote wanted:
Planning to turn our large ensuite bathroom into a full bath with shower. Room is quite large and has ample room add this feature. Currently has sink, toilet and large cupboard. Approximate measurements are 4 feet by 6 feet.
Doorway to hall will need to be blocked off to add shower, also has access from master beadroom. Would like ceramic tile in shower and on floor, new sink and counter- toilet is new and will not need to be replaced or moved.
Will require new pluming for shower- may also need some electrical work.
House is 55 years old and to my knowledge has had no updates or repairs to this area.
I just moved and my new 1973 Bathroom needs an update. Tub/surround, vanity, toilet all to be replaced and reinstalled in the same location. I would like the original sheets of drywall around the tub/shower enclosure to be upgraded to new moisture resistant standards. I'm going to go with vinyl flooring. Another layer of plywood flooring will need to be installed as well.
I will have the fixtures already on site.
Replace bath tub with new bath tub or shower enclosure. If bath tub is installed, the surrounding walls will need to be replaced and re-tiled. If shower enclosure installed, will consider pre-manufactured enclosure and base or a pre-manufactured base with tiled surrounding walls.
Depending on cost, may replace existing vanity and sink.
House is 50+ years old. I want to totally gut my bathroom-floor, tile, sink, tub, toilet, faucets, vanitiy, mirror, everything. There is currently no fan in the bathroom, I believe the plumbing may have to be replaced downstairs. I would also like a 3 piece ruffed in in the basement. I am not able to take pictures of the plumbing in the basement as it is in an old dark room, no light.

I was wondering if I could have two quotes done for my front steps and my basement bathroom.
The front steps are cement but the remainder of my front porch has wood covering the cement. I would like to have the steps covered with wood as well.
