Looking for a pressure treated deck. Two parts to the deck. One section is 8 x 8, the other is 12 x 12. The 8 x 8 part will be a foot off the ground and then one stair up to the 12 x 12 section. Also, I am looking for 28 feet of railing (black aluminum bars is ideal). The only obstacle is a 2 x 2 air conditioner attached to the house.
Price and quality are both important. I am also looking for the project to begin in 1 to 3 weeks. I live in Milton. Please provide a ball park figure for sq. ft and railing per foot. Price to include materials.
Hello,
I am looking to put in a deck and interlock patio in my backyard. The deck will measure 10-12ft x 25ft in length and 10 inches off the ground. The interlock patio will be two levels, with the lower level measuring 13ft x 15ft in length and the upper level (2 steps) will be roughly 10ft x 12ft. Looking to get this done by end of June.
We live in a 1500 SQ FT town house in Milton that is around 5 years old that we would like to build a basic deck in our backyard. The area for the deck would be approximately 13FT by 21FT wide. We would like the deck to be flush with the back sliding door so it would be 2 - 2.5 FT off the ground. We would like a basic weather treated wood but nothing expensive. We plan to be in this home for a few more years so we don't necessary want to go all out on this deck, just something to have to enjoy the backyard.
We would like a railing around the two sides and back and a bench going around about half of the deck.
Thanks for you time!
Mark
Hello, I have a design for a two-level deck. The existing upper deck needs to be extended and new stairs added. The lower deck will be 16x16 feet with an elevation of about 23 inches.
I already have the building permit from the Town of Milton and I can have the footing made accordingly to the design or you can do it.
What I need is to build the deck with pressure treated wood on the new foundations.
Looking to have existing grass removed and pavers intalled, border around gardens (approx 230 ft2). Also, a 12'x16' PT deck, low profile (can be posted on support blocks vs posts) , no rails, nothing fancy and maybe a couple of wooden steps on top to the patio door. A 12x12 area already has grass removed and screen / patio slabs (this is the area where the deck will go and extend to the fence.
Budget estimate around up to $7K
I will be the owner of an end unit town home at the end of June.
Work to begin on or after July 2nd, 2016.
Garden size is approx 20 ft x 30 ft (to be measured in the next 2-3 weeks).
Deck to be built out from kitchen patio doors that are about 3-4 feet off the ground.
Multi-level deck (2-3) with a swim spa built in (approx 16 ft x 8 ft).
Need room on deck for a BBQ near patio doors and a table/chairs for 6-8 people.
Deck material, possibly pressure treated wood. Open to material and design suggestions but leaning toward an angled deck design for aesthetic appeal. Also, prefer no railings for a more open feel.
Hi,
We have an existing deck that has an 'S' curved shape to it. Deck is about about 1-1.5 ft off the ground and we are looking to add an aluminum rail similar to the pics attached. Looking to have someone come out to take measurements, provide suggestions and a quote. Hoping to get this work done withing the next 1-2 weeks.
Deck expansion and renovation in preparation for a HOTTUB.
Measurements of current deck: 18'6" long X 14'9" wide (Rectangular / 1 level)
Additions needed on left side: lengthening of deck by another 5'
Additions needed on the right side: one step going down to a ground level extension of approx. 11' long by 14'9" wide. Would also like to simply cut a 5' X 5' corner of the deck out to place the 7' X 7' hottub against that corner.
Thank You!

Looking for a contractor
Time frame : this next 2 months
Job is the front entrance of house, 3 or 4 steps up, and then porch outside front door. Current porch is crumbling, there is a crack in the brick foundation. Nothing is under porch. New porch could be made smaller, for example only going from window to window with steps down the side instead of at the front. I am open to design options. Priority is safety as an elderly lady lives in the house.
Hi there, my porch is structurally sound, but physically a mess. The previous owners have left us many random nails sticking out. I would like all of the nails removed, sanded and painted. I can certainly provide the paint for the job. The porch is seven by four feet square and approx seven feet tall. It has four posts, spindles between posts, steps are stone and will not need repair.
My husband and I live in Milton and we are looking to have a pressure treated wood deck built in our backyard. There is a small existing deck that was put in by the builder, we would like to leave that one as is (aside from maybe replacing the boards and add on a few steps to a lower deck. The size of the lower deck we are looking to have built would be approximately 10x16 and low to the ground (maybe 1-2 steps to the lawn). We aren't looking for anything elaborate, just a deck that is functional that looks good. We are expecting our first babe next month and we're looking for a fair, reasonable price. The existing deck is approximately 5 feet off the ground. Please contact me by email for initial contact and I can send you a photo with an idea of what we are hoping for and answer any questions you may have. We'd like to have the deck built ideally by mid June or before.
Thanks, I hope someone can help!
Emily
We are looking for a company that does smaller jobs. I need a 20 x 9 patio installed. I have done most of the excavation and bought the gravel, limestone and all the slabs, 18x18 and 18x24. Unfortunately my vacation is over and I don't have time to finish it. We are located in Milton. Please send a quote.
Thank you
