I have purchased tiles for two bathrooms. One has carpeting and is roughly 52 square feet. The second bathroom has vinyl tiles and is approximately 34 square feet. I need to purchase one new toilet for the main bathroom. The one in this bathroom will need to be reinstalled in the master bathroom.
Please let me know how long this would take to complete with your quote. I would like this to begin as soon as possible.
Thank you
Priya
A 2nd floor toilet has leaked causing minor damage to the surounding floor and ceiling below. The toilet needs to be removed, the laminate floor around it removed and replaced(approximately 10 sq.ft. + removal and replacement of the floor trimming of about 10 linear ft.) and replaced and the drywall (?) ceiling underneath needs to be cut and patched to remove and replace the damaged area (approximately 1 sq.ft.). We have replacement laminate flooring to match the existing floor. Floor boards underneath may need replacement dur to water damage.
I would like to turn a small bedroom upstair into a laundry room. The room is currently right above the existing laundry room. and next to a bathroom. I am concerned about floor drainage, and the job being done properly, so that we do not run into potential problems later. the house is about 6 years old. and I would like this done yesterday but I will be happy if it's done before Christmas!

Hi we are the owners and need to renovate our 6' x 6' townhouse condo basement bathroom immediately due to mold in the shower. Job will involve replacing 38" x 38" shower kit, 24" vanity, toilet, ventilation fan, new floor tiles, sanding & painting walls. There is some mold on the ceiling so drywall may need replacing there as well. To keep costs down we figure a shower kit with arcrylic base and tiled walls is the way to go. Also we would like the light fixture to be moved closer to center of bathroom if possible. To allow for more room inside, we would like bathroom door to swing outside instead of inside. Total budget for parts and labour we are hoping between $5000-$6000; pls let us know total labour cost. Thanks for your interest and hope to hear from someone soon.
Hi, I have 4 vinyl windows of which 2 are cracked and 2 have condensation between the glass. I also have a tiled shower stall was constructed with no marble top on the step where you get in the shower, that is now leaking. I was wondering whether someone could provide an estimate for the windows and shower area? The townhouse is in Bronte near Lakeshore and Bronte road.
Thanks
