I would like to get a price on an installer putting in 3 brand new toilets in a rental home I won in Ancaster. I will supply the brand new toilets - two piece toilets basic going in and two piece basic toilets coming out.
Please give me a price with you taking the old toilets away - and a price without.
Would need all three toilets installed at once - house is vacant.
We are gutting a bathroom in our basement. It will require redrywalling, new shower installation to replace a kit type shower, complete with tile, new vanity (freestanding) and toilet installation. New floor tile and possibly some other tiling in the room. Room is approximately 8x6. Need an approximate price for labour only.
We live in a 20 year old house with 2/3 of the basement finished. I need to put a basic, nice bathroom in the unfinished area. there is a rough-in although my understanding is that it needs to be moved (concrete floor cut). I am looking for a shower, sink and toilet, perhaps linen closet. I can do the easy stuff (painting, installing vanity etc.) once the hard stuff (shower, tiles etc.) is done to keep my costs down. Would like someone with experience with Schluter Kerdy for the shower system.
We have already had drains installed in our basement for a 3-piece bathroom (toilet, bath and vanity). Need yo have the hole ( approx.4 x7 ft and around 6 inches deep) filled in with stone/gravel base and concrete, and making sure the concrete is placed securely under egdes where the floor is currently compromised. I've already purchased the concrete.
Would like the work completed by Sunday Dec. 6. Weekends preferred but may be able to accomodate weekdays.

I have a basement bathroom, approximately 5x6 ft. There was a water leak so i believe there is going to be damage, at the bottom of the drywall so i believe there is going to be some mold behind the wall. The floor currently has vinyl flooring and i would like to put down tiles and would like a new shut off valve installed.
I have all the materials, I just need the work done.
We would like to update one of the second floor bathrooms in our Oakville home. The house is approx. 13 years old. There is nothing wrong structurally with the bathroom but we do not like the builder basic fixtures we inherited. The job includes:
Replace floor tile, vanity, taps, mirror and ceiling fixture. Remove old towel bar and install new one.
Repaint and add backsplash tile. (The existing bathtub and tile surround remain).
Ideally we woudl like to complete this remodel within the next four weeks. We are not changing the location of any plumbing or electrical fixture. Depending on cost we may want to add a vanity light fixture (currently there is no box for it).
We would provide all new fixtures, tile, taps and paint. Construction supplies - we could purchase or the contractor could supply. The overall tile floor surface to be replaced is about 40 sq. ft. (Not a big bathroom)
We are looking for a contractor (preferable from our area) who has completed at least several similar jobs (bathroom renos) in the last two years and who can provide references.
We need to renovate our 3-piece upstairs main family bathroom, the house is approx. 30 years old, we think the bathroom was done about 15 years ago. Need new tub & surround, tile, vanity, lighting and install new bathroom fan (there is currently no fan). It is possible there is mold and will need to pull out the walls too. The toilet was replaced a few years ago. No plumbing needs to be moved, other than switching from massive corner tub to standard rectangle tub in the same location. We need excellent workmanship, but standard finishings will be fine (we don't need "all glass and marble" etc). As it is our main family bathroom, it is important that once the work is started, it be finished asap (no long delays).
Thank you for your time!
Small family bathroom in a 1950's bungalow needs gutting! We want the old cast iron tub removed and replaced with a tiled shower with glass wall/door; a new window, made waterproof as it is inside the shower area; new toilet, sink, and everything else. Old cast iron plumbing will have to be removed, light switch moved into the room with gfi outlet, marbled tile flooring and shower tiles, and the door frame made smaller (as a new toilet might come out farther than the current one, therefore making it difficult to close the current 30" door).
I would like to hear ball park estimates, as I realize that you would have to see the actual space to be accurate. I would also like to hear what makes you special as a contractor, whether you do all the work yourself or have a team, whether you are on site the whole time and anything else you feel pertinent.
