Hello:
I have recently moved into a new home in Pickering. Our home has natural gas throughout the house but is not yet extended to the backyard. We have a BBQ that runs on natural gas. My question is how much does it cost to run the gas line outside? I believe there is already an "outlet" for it out there.
We are looking to do this as soon as possible so a quote would be great!
Thanks,
(a)1 Flush Tank lever to replace (American Standard - 10 years old) the Tank and bowl are one piece. (b) Flush Tank lever loose. American Standard 2 Piece Tank and Bowl, 10 years old. May require to replace tank components. (c) Replace faucet in bathroom sink (part already purchased). I am the Home Owner. Please use OEM parts.
I need to relocate the hot, cold and drain from one room to another room per attached drawing. The pipes has to go through drywalls, therefore I want whoever take the job to the drywall patching after plumping is completed. No Painting is needed. The work needs to be done on weekend only.
Please look at the attached drawing and provide me with your quote and contact number
The main water shut off valve inside the house has an extremely slow leak (too slow to drip before evaporating at this point). As the valve is 40 years old, I'd like to replace it. It is inside a finished space but with removable cover. The actual valve is easily accessible, but the water meter is partially within the wall cavity. It is currently a simple gate valve, although I would accept a plumber recommendation for valve type and quality. Ideally the positioning would be similar to allow the cover to be re-installed. Preferably the plumber would coordinate with the works department to shut off the water to the house, although I'd like to know if there's a charge for that. If not then the timing would be the most critical component of the project.
There are also two toilet angle stops to be replaced as well as checking/ possibly clearing of the roof vent. These are not required jobs, but I would consider them given the potential savings of eliminating multiple visits.
I have a list of the following jobs:
1. Installation of 2 window well covers.
2. Pipe in garage broke...leak caused drywall to he t wet and moldy. Will new to repair. 10x4 ft roughly.
3. There is a leak in the master bathroom. Drywall to be removed, leak fixed and drywall replaced.
4. Evestrough, roigh ly 20 ft, needs to be secured to the house.
5. Mudroom needs pot lights installed (wiring has been run) and Will also need some sort of moulding to finish.
Hi,
We are looking for a plumber who can remove the existing sprinkler which connects to the fridge (see picture) and also disconnect the plubming (freon) from the unit as well as disposal of the freon. (see pictures)
Please let me know your price for the plumbing and also your availability as we would like to start this as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Pawel
I have installed a toilet, sink and a shower in my basement bathroom, but do not feel competent enough to do the water, copper pipes myself. The bathroom has no drywall put up yet for easy access to water pipes. There is an existing water line running along the corner of the bathroom in the ceiling. This pipe is easily accessible to cut into and bring water to all 3 fixtures. I need a plumber to cut the pipe in 2 places and attach new pipes for the 3 fixtures. The toilet and the shower are on one side of the bathroom and the sink is on the other. The plumber would connect the new lines to the existing one and bring water to the 3 fixtures and connect the pipes to the toilet, sink and the faucet in the shower. I have measured that there is a total of less than 50 ft. of pipe to be used. Thank you for your estimate.
