LOOKING FOR A PLUMBER NEXT WEEK TO RELOCATE A LAUNDRY ROOM ON THE MAIN FLOOR IN RICHMOND HILL - DISCONNECT OLD AND INSTALL IN A NEW LOCATION ON THE MAIN FLOOR. ESTIMATE 1 FULL DAY - TUESDAY WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY.
PLEASE SEND ESTIMATE FOR LABOUR ONLY., MATERIALS TO BE SUPPLIED - NO GENERAL CONTRACTORS PLEASE.
Install a new toilet in the basement between the existing sink and the shower. Toilet supplied.
Scope of work; Cut through floor tile and concrete to reveal the dump pipe. Cut wall to reveal the cold water line. Complete all connections, concrete work etc. install toilet and remove debris.
Require this as immediate.
I don't know what make and model the fuacet is, it was installed when I bought the house in 2012 (was new back then).
I changed the cartridge and removed the sprayer and problem was not solved.
I received a diverter from customer service from mainlinecollection.com (they say it looks like one of their models, P137-WSBN). I tried to remove the old diverter from above but it broke.
So I need somebody to come in and either try to remove it from above or take out the faucet and see if they can remove from below.
Thanks.
There is a small leak in the drainpipe junction in the basement very close to the concrete floor.
Pipes are ABS, basement is not finished - so access is very easy.
My insurance requires contractor to have a proper license to do this repair.
My name is Mark and I am homeowner.
Please look at the attached pictures and let me know rough estimate of this repair.
Thank you.
Mark
