Please provide me an estimate (cost and time) for installing the some hardwood (hardwood or engineered floor) floor in 3 small simple rectangular bedrooms on the same floor.
Consider the existing carpet and baseboard will be already removed priorly in preparation. The total surface of these 3 bedrooms is max 500 sq ft. Best is to give me your quote per square foot as well, and also for installing new baseboard after the hardwood installation is finished. This will be the rough price while the final price can be adjusted to the exact surface later before starting the work.
Also there are about 15 steps (2ft wide) that I'd like to cover (currently carpeted) with the same engineered/hardwood floor material similar to bedrooms. Please provide a separate quote for this if interested.
It is very important the work is completed sometimes during the 17 and 30 of June, while steps could be done in the following week if necessary.
One damaged laminate floor board approximately 60cm long needs to be removed and replaced. The location of the damaged board is in the middle of the floor about 20 rows from the nearest wall. Original stock laminate material is available. Either cut out the damaged piece and glue in a replacement, or remove the boards from the nearest wall to access the damaged piece. 10 year old townhouse in Coquitlam (Westwood plateau). Subfloor is linoleum and existing boards are not glued down.
We have a rental house that needs new flooring. We have 600 sq ft of laminate flooring from another project we could use and we would like to do the rest in laminate as well. There are 3 bedrooms, living and dining room totaling about 840 sf. The old carpet needs to be removed and disposed of and the new floor put down. Would you be interested in giving us an estimate? We are located in Coquitlam by Blue Mountain and Como Lake.
I recently moved into a condo, built c.2005. I don't like the laminate flooring in the foyer, nor the carpet in the living/dining area. The total square feet is about 500. I have bought the new flooring and underlay, according to the specifications of our strata. Another flooring company with Home Depot gave me an estimate of $3700. This seems high to me. I am hoping to pay c.$2500, i.e. $5.00 per square feet.
I would like an estimate for installing laminate on 28 stairs ( 2 sets of 14 stairs). We have two angle corners total. Stairs are already clean ready for installation.
We already bought the laminate and will provide noises.
We would like skirting to be installed as well.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Thanks
I have a condominium at the address above. None of the tenants are currently in the building due to a roof fire last year. I have a notice that I can move into my suite starting next month. So while it is empty I am looking to upgrade the flooring. My suite only had minor smoke damage and it currently has carpeting which also has to be removed.
I just had a contractor in there on Friday to measure and give me a quote for laminate flooring. Based on their measurements not including the small galley kitchen, it measures 802 sq ft.So that is the living/dining/hall and two bedrooms. They have a measurement for LKQ shoe base qrt round at 270 ln ft.
I had chosen a colour called Butternut I believe the name of it was Tempo. I am looking for a quote for materials including underlayment, labour for both installation of the new flooring plus removal of the carpeting. I imagine levelling would have to be included too incase that is needed which I am sure it will be. Nothing seems to be level there. Also any freight and delivery as well.
I don't have access to my suite as of yet but I know Onside Restoration is onsite and has allowed contractors to go in.
I look forward to your quote.
Thank you.
Rita
