The 30 year old hardwood in the living room seems to be doing fine. We're looking for a quote to install the floor with all thats needed.

I require the laying of vinyl plank flooring in a 500 square foot room plus on a flight of stairs (13 stairs with landing). Carpet has already been removed. I do not require installation of baseboards and the material has already been purchased. Possibly the removal and installation of a vanity in a powder room.
Budget up to $2500
We are looking to install tiling or laminate flooring in our kitchen and bathrooms within our condo. Kitchen is about 8x8 ft not including the little nook for a standard sized fridge and dish washer.
We will also need to install a small backsplash behind our stove. The size area for the backsplash is about 2.5x2 ft.
We'll also need regrouting done in both bathrooms. Ensuite bathroom is about 7.5x7.5 ft with the shower stall being about 3x4 ft. Main bathroom is about 9x5 feet with the tub being about 2.5x5 ft.
We will need to paint walls/ceilings/doors in all areas.
All areas are standard condo height. Total area is about 1000 sq ft.
We haven't chosen any tiling or laminate materials yet but hopefully you can help with that.
I have approx 650 sq ft of laminate flooring to be installed in a foyer, family room, kitchen & office area. The foyer has a curved drop step into the family room, I need an expert installer :) Installation quotes would be greatly appreciated.
I also would like to change some 'cabinets to drawers' in my kitchen, if this is in your area of expertise.
Thank you kindly!
We are wanting to remove all the carpet from the upstairs of our townhouse and replace it with laminate flooring to match the rest of our home. The project would include: 2 small bedrooms, a hallway and a 14 step flight of straight stairs. approx 350 sq ft in total. We would supply the laminate and would just need the labour done.
I would like to put dark walnut laminate flooring in my lower level townhouse to include living room dining room area ,hallway and 2 bedrooms for a total of 980 sq feet (10% included) there appears to be a wood sub floor under the existing carpet and i will dispose of the old carpets
We live in a high rise in surrey on the 10th floor. the whole appartment is about 1149 sqft. the area that needs the laminate would be a max of about 1000 sqft. i will be buying the laminate and the underlayment.
i want an estimate per sq ft of laying down the flooring. laying down the flooring includes putting the trim sideboard along the walls.
The appartment has two bedrooms, hall and dining area. there also a hallway the laminate also goes into the closets that are resseced into the wall. most walls are at right angles so that should be east to lay however there are some walls that are at an angle.
Please give your estimate per square feet for the job.
Alternately if you need to evaluate the site for a free estimate you can call
-remove all floor and wall tile

-install bath tub, vanity, sinks, toilet, lighting
-remove carpet throughout
-install laminate flooring ( 1,000sq ft)
-re install baseboards
Opening a new clinic in April, recently found out we need new floors. Currently there are lino floors glued directly to cement that are peeling up in multiple locations. 986.5 sqft with 6 differently sized rooms plus a bathroom and a hallway. New building (3yrs old) in a commercial building. We would like to recover with lino floors with wood-like look.
We removed a subwall that has no hardwood flooring under it. Looking to repair gap in flooring. It's about 9 feet long (on an "L" shape) and only about 6 inches wide. We would prefer to match the flooring, but if not possible, would need a quote on replacement. Our townhome flooring is 9 years old.
I need someone to come in and lay about 100sqft of laminate, trim and 100 sqft of tile which i can grout the next day. My boyfriend and I are moving into about a 350sqft tiny house. I work part time and go to school full time and my boyfriend works full time, we also have a three year old. We are on a very tight budget and a small time frame.
It appears there has been some settling / shifting of the house, perhaps due to the recent earthquake. Unfortunately previous tenants tried to fill exposed gaps below the floor trim with canned spray foam and it looks bad, see attached photos. We would like the protruding foam trimmed and the bottom of the floor trim finished with toe nosing. There is toe nosing already in place throughout much of the house, it just needs to be extended throughout. Additionally there may be a few other defects around the house where your skills could be applied.
Hello I have a 6 year old townhome in Surrey BC that I want to put down either Engineered Hardwood or Solid Bamboo. The toal area is approximately 820 square feet which includes the dining living room, hallway and three bedrooms. Right now the area is covered with carpet which will need to be taken up. I am looking for quotes on this job which I will need done in March. The unit will be empty for the month of March and I will also need time within that month to have it painted. I will be purchasing the flooring my self unless I can receive a good quote that also includes the price of the flooring material.
8 year old townhouse. main floor only. aprox 650 cubic square feet. take out the current carpet in the living room and dining room as well as the laminate in the kitchen and install one solid dark brown laminate throughout the whole level. Not super cheap laminate but not the high end stuff that's like hardwood. Something middle of the road. Would also like new baseboards and new finishings around the 4 doors to match the baseboards. Just basic nothing super fancy. Baseboards medium in hight. Also removal of all the old materials.
No previous renos have been done on this flooring. We are the original owners. Bought brand new 8 1/2 years ago.
I have an open concept living room/dining room. 144 sq.ft. is oak hardwood floors and 158 sq.ft. is carpet (with plywood underneath). We would like to extend the hardwood throughout. We are worried we cannot match it exactly. Can you please give me a preliminary approx. quotes on how much it would cost us to sand the wood floors, change the carpet to oak hardwood and stain the whole floor? I know prices may wary from job to job depending on what oak floors we would choose, but I would like to get an estimate on labor.
